Orders/Shipping
All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Typical orders will be processed in one to two days. During busy times or with a large order($100 or more) please expect minor delays. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will contact you within one day and offer a full refund or the option to wait for it to be custom made. We would also like to note that orders are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. We would like for our products to reach you safely and in good condition. Shipping on these days ensures delivery before the weekend and keeps your order from sitting on a hot or cold delivery truck over extended periods. We ship via USPS.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours from receipt of your order. We will do our best to resolve the situation. Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery, if we do not hear from you, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and that you are a satisfied customer. If you would like to return merchandise to us please return it unopened and in its original packaging. The merchandise must be in resalable condition. You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
